I recently purchased the P90X. I’m trying really hard to get a really flat stomach. I’ve been watching my carb intake and running 3 miles 4 days a week as well. I’m on day 4 of the program and I’ve been sore every day! Its a pretty cool program because each day is a different workout and it doesn’t get boring as fast. The workouts are also customizable to your level. For instance, I NEVER use weights, so I decided to try only 3 lbs but I think I will need heavier ones now. Basically, I’m liking it so far and trying to do it everyday.. we will see how that goes though!
On another note, a blog without pictures is pretty boring but I can’t find my camera’s charger! So once I find it, I will be posting more and adding pictures!
