I just finished “Dirty 30” workout from the 21 Day Fix program and boy am I SORE and tired!
RECIPE. Pictured above is a whole cucumber that fits in 2 green containers. I only a couple at a time so I just adjust my other green containers for the day when I eat these! All you need is a small container or plastic ziploc bag. I cut cucumber slices and threw them in a small container. Side note, I will be trying this with all sorts of veggies later like carrots, radishes, green beans, and zucchini! I put in equal parts of water and white vinegar until most of the cucumbers where covered. I then added coriander seeds, lots of dill, and garlic powder. You can also add black pepper, chili peppers, or anything you want, use those free spices up! I then put them in the fridge for a couple hours and BAM, no salt pickles. I like mine very sour, which these are, so you can adjust the amount of vinegar to your liking.
I like to snack on these when I get a hunger craving. Like I said before, I will just put a little less veggies in my green container when I make the rest of my meals for the day!
