I have been really getting into healthy living. Don’t get me wrong, I am too much of a foodie to give up a good fattening meal but I want to be healthier in general. I decided to share the little and big things I am doing to become more healthy, this includes foods and exercises. I have been slacking major on my beauty blogging because of work (having to move around) and other personal projects I am working on (getting healthy and fit is one of them!). I miss blogging so I want to incorporate more of the other things I am passionate about it my life!
I also decided to become a Beachbody Coach. NO, I WILL NOT BE THAT ANNOYING SALES PERSON. I personally joined because I have used their products before (P90X) and loved it so why not blog about them and hopefully introduce new people to products I use. I will be starting their newest program, 21 Day Fix (I will post a separate post more about this program when I start) soon. I will be posting menu ideas and recipes since I LOVE figuring out how to make “diets” just as yummy as any other food. Health food does NOT have to be plain and boring!
