Today is day 11 of my 21 Day Fix program! I can definitely see physical changes in my tummy area, which is what I want to work on the most. I am though, not as sore as I was the first week, which is GREAT! I’ve been eating not only good clean food but I have found ways to make YUMMY healthy food. I have not cheated on the diet and I can not wait to see the results at the end!
Today I wanted to share some breakfast ideas! These are some of the items I have been eating for breakfast.
I have the Shakeology combo pack with chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. Chocolate and Strawberry are so good and Vanilla is, well its there in the pack. I love to blend these with strawberries, ice, and water for a morning smoothie. They really are very good and I try to do add different things to create new flavors. My all time favorite that I am always making is fresh strawberries in the Chocolate Shakeology, there’s something about chocolate and strawberries that I LOVE.
I also love having a piece of wheat toast with 2 teaspoons of sunbutter! SUNBUTTER=AMAZING HAPPY UNICORNS DANCING IN SUNSHINE. I’ve said it before but any diet where I can have sunbutter is a diet for me!
I’ve never tried steel cut oats until this diet. The first time I tried them, I threw in strawberries with lots of cinnamon. Not too bad but I thought apples would be better with the cinnamon.
I was right! I cut up an apple in little pieces and sprinkled lots of cinnamon on them. I put them in the microwave for 2 minutes to soften them and added it to my steel cut oats with additional cinnamon. This was very filling and good!
This is what I usually eat on the weekends for breakfast. 2 scrambled eggs with 4 slices of turkey bacon!
