INGREDIENTS (for 1 serving)
1 Package Ramen Noodles- Original Flavor
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Milk
1 TBSP Butter (not pictured)
2-3 Slices of Bacon
Soft boil your egg or hard boil, which ever you prefer. I use my Sous Vide Supreme to soft boil because they come out perfect every time.
Cut the bacon slices into thirds and crisp them up. I like to put them in a pot so the splash back isn’t too bad. You can use any method you prefer to make you crispy bacon.
In a pot, pour in a TBSP of butter (feel free to put in as little or as much as you want, this s just for that extra butter goodness taste), 1 cup water and 1 cup milk. On medium high setting, stir until a light boil starts. Usually I would just set it to high and wait until it boils but since there is milk in it, I prefer to do it this way.
Once it starts to get to a light boil, I put in the ramen noodles until it get to a light boil again.
In a bowl pour in some of the soup, the cooked ramen noodles, the peeled soft boiled egg, and the pieces of bacon. This is so creamy and delicious! Perfect for breakfast. My boyfriend and I make this on the weekends when he has his kids and they ALL LOVE IT!
