This post is sponsored by Regency Beauty Institute but all my opinions are my own.
Beauty has a major impact on my life! I grew up with very low self esteem, mainly because of my acne. I was embarrassed to go anywhere. It started when I was really young so I had not discovered the magic of makeup or the value of skincare products. As I got older and discovered makeup, I became obsessed. Obsessed with layering tons of foundation on my face. I didn’t know about proper skincare. After a year or so using tons of makeup, I realized, makeup was not helping me. I started reading and looking into skincare. As I was trying all sorts of new skincare and makeup to help me feel “pretty” on the outside I started blogging because I wanted to keep track of different things I was trying. I never knew it would grow to be a big part of my life.
I admire all the people who make people feel beautiful as a profession! I actually thought about cosmetology school while I was in college. I had a scholarship to University in my area but I had no funds to at that time to pay for cosmetology school so I never went. I have tons of friends who are in the makeup and hair industry and I just love hearing stories and their before and after pictures of their clients!
Regency Beauty Institute is one of the leading cosmetology schools in the nation. They have 88 campuses across the country and have been able to grow over the years by taking an innovative approach to learning and helping students to turn their creativity into beautiful careers.
