I got my hair did again at Monaco Salon! This is the second time I’ve done some fun fashion colors in my hair! Make sure to check out my first experience that included lifting my black hair to blonde taking 7-8 hours here!
Monaco Salon is promoting Breast Cancer Awareness month with pink hair and pink extensions. I happened to need a touch up on my color so I came in to turn my hair pink! Dillon K always does my hair color and Krista always complements his work with her tape in extensions in my hair. I love how Dillon K decided to keep my roots black while turning the rest of my locks in to this beautiful vibrant PINK color. He usually doesn’t do one head one color but he let it slide this time since Krista was adding some flamingo pink extensions. Krista put some of the flamingo pink extensions on the front sides of my head to frame my face with that pop of light color. She then added some of that hot pink extensions on the sides to fill on my hair some more.
Last time, I had a lavender shade in my hair so the color faded pretty fast. This time this color will last a bit longer since it is darker and will fade to a pretty rose pink which I am also excited about. This time I also have some products that will help keep the color a little better. Dillon gave me some Paul Mitchell conditioner with some color in it that I should use once or twice a week. I also got some Brite Organix Make Me Pastel Pink Shampoo and Conditioner which I will try later on.
